Welcome to Naraen-Ten Global Groups. By registering, accessing, or participating in any of our programs, competitions, training sessions, or events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to:

* Kids
* Teens
* Adults
* Men
* Women

Participants under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration

* All registration information must be accurate and complete.
* Participants are responsible for submitting required documents, photos, videos, and information within the specified deadlines.
* NaraenTen Global Groups reserves the right to verify participant information.

3. Participation Requirements

* Participants must follow all competition rules, guidelines, and instructions.
* Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times.
* Any false information, misconduct, or violation of rules may result in disqualification.

4. Training and Mentorship

* Participants may receive access to virtual training sessions, mentoring programs, recorded videos, and educational materials.
* Training participation does not guarantee selection, advancement, awards, prizes, employment, modeling assignments, or representation opportunities.

5. Fees and Refund Policy

All registration fees, training fees, participation fees, and any other payments made to Naraenten Global Groups are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Voluntary withdrawal by the participant
* Failure to attend training sessions or events
* Failure to submit required materials
* Disqualification due to rule violations
* Technical issues on the participant’s side
* Personal, medical, travel, financial, or scheduling reasons
* Event rescheduling or format changes

By making a payment, the participant acknowledges and accepts this non-refundable policy.

6. Media Release

Participants grant Naraenten Global Groups the right to use submitted photos, videos, recordings, names, and related content for:

* Website publication
* Social media promotion
* Marketing and advertising
* Competition announcements
* Educational and promotional purposes

No additional compensation shall be payable for such use.

7. Judging and Results

* Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
* Scores, rankings, and selection decisions cannot be challenged or appealed.
* Naraenten Global Groups reserves the right to modify judging criteria when necessary.

8. Disqualification

A participant may be disqualified for:

* Providing false information
* Misconduct or inappropriate behavior
* Violation of competition rules
* Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
* Submission of misleading or unauthorized content

9. Limitation of Liability

Naraenten Global Groups shall not be responsible for:

* Technical issues or internet failures
* Loss of data submitted by participants
* Personal injury or damages arising from participation
* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

10. Changes to Programs or Events

Naraenten Global Groups reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any program, competition, event, training session, or activity if required due to operational, technical, legal, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, making payment, or participating in any activity organized by Naraenten Global Groups, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Important Notice: Participation in any competition, training, mentorship, or program does not guarantee winning, selection, employment, modeling contracts, sponsorships, endorsements, or future opportunities. All outcomes are subject to performance, eligibility, judging, and organizational decisions.
