9. The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and other applicable criminal laws

10. The Goods and Services Tax laws and other applicable tax laws

11. Any other applicable central, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with any mandatory provision of applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or participating in any program offered by NaraenTen Global Groups, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

4. Registration Fee

Certain programs require payment of a ₹1299 registration fee or such other fee as announced.

The registration fee may include:

2. Talent profile creation

3. Basic evaluation

4. Access to workshops or webinars (where applicable)

5. Participation in selected programs

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee:

1. Selection

2. Employment

3. Modeling assignments

4. Film opportunities

5. Brand endorsements

6. Contest victories

7. Agency representation

8. Guaranteed earnings

Selection is based on eligibility, performance, availability, client requirements, and evaluation criteria determined by NaraenTen Global Groups.

 

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

1. Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Refunds will not be provided because a participant:

   • Changes their mind.

   • Fails to attend an event or training session.

   • Does not meet selection criteria.

   • Is not shortlisted or selected.

3. Duplicate or incorrect payments may be reviewed and refunded after verification, where appropriate.

4. If a program is cancelled solely by NaraenTen Global Groups and no suitable alternative is offered, the company may, at its discretion, issue a refund or transfer the registration to a future program.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration at any time by notifying us through our official communication channels.

However:

1. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

2. Missed events, workshops, or interviews cannot be rescheduled unless expressly stated.

3. NaraenTen Global Groups reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel programs due to operational, technical, safety, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Selection Process

All selections are based on factors such as:

3. Skills and performance

5. Client requirements

6. Professional conduct

7. Availability

The decision of NaraenTen Global Groups and its selection panel is final.

 

8. Professional Development Programs

Participants may receive access to:

1. Modeling workshops

3. Communication training

4. Grooming sessions

5. Acting basics

6. Portfolio guidance

7. Fashion and branding education

8. Industry mentorship

9. Career development resources

Participation in these programs is voluntary unless specifically required for a particular opportunity.

 

9. Media Release

By participating, you grant NaraenTen Global Groups permission to use submitted photographs, videos, testimonials, audition clips, and portfolio content for:

1. Official website

2. Social media platforms

3. Advertising campaigns

4. Promotional videos

5. Event announcements

6. Talent showcases

7. Marketing materials

Participants retain ownership of their original work. However, they grant NaraenTen Global Groups a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such materials for promotional and business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

1. Treat everyone with dignity and respect.

2. Maintain professional behavior.

3. Follow instructions provided by staff and mentors.

4. Attend programs punctually.

5. Use respectful language.

6. Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

7. Refrain from sharing false information.

8. Respect the privacy of fellow participants.

Any participant engaging in misconduct may be removed from programs without refund.

 

11. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

1. Conduct themselves professionally.

2. Respect trainers, mentors, staff, and fellow participants.

3. Avoid abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful behavior.

4. Comply with event and training guidelines.

5. Refrain from submitting copyrighted material without permission.

Failure to comply may result in removal from programs without refund

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content available through NaraenTen Global Groups—including logos, branding, course materials, videos, presentations, graphics, website content, documents, and training resources—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or republished without prior written permission.

 

13. Copyright Notice

All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary materials displayed on the website belong to NaraenTen Global Groups or their respective owners.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

14. Payment Terms

Individual success depends on talent, performance, dedication, market demand, client preferences, and numerous external factors beyond our control.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaraenTen Global Groups shall not be liable for:

2. Loss of opportunity

3. Personal decisions made by participants

4. Technical interruptions

5. Third-party service failures

6. Website downtime

7. Delayed communications

8. Event postponements due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

Users agree not to:
